Diabetes can be hard to manage when you do not completely understand it. This class offers the tools you need to control your diabetes instead of letting it control you.
Rush Memorial Hospital’s “Take Charge of Your Diabetes” program is a diabetes education program accredited by the American Association of Diabetes Educators (AADE). This accreditation ensures the program meets the National Standards for Diabetes Self-Management Education and Support.
Take Charge of your Diabetes Classes
